This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Hugging this character: Sort of. Kidou isn't going to know what to do with a hug.

Flirting with this character: Yes, but good luck getting him to figure out that's what you're doing.
Fighting with this character: Sure.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, anything that doesn't permanently injure him I'm ok with.
Killing this character: No.

What's Your Power?:
Kidou will be trying to learn everyone's power here, for reasons he won't disclose. To this end he will also start up an ImPort studies club at his school to gain the assistance of other kids in figuring out what everyone can do.
I promise, thoroughly, it's nothing nefarious. OOCly it's because he has a power that could let him copy someone. This is not information he would ever use against anyone and would keep just for helping himself or other people at most.
If you want him to know, or not know, about anything you can do without him having directly asked, let me know! He'll be doing things like following people around, reading news, talking to people and listening to rumors.
